The LX72 is a fully automatic 4-axis CNC multi-spindle coil winding machine which will terminate and wind the wire on the component. The spindle box, which rotates through 180°, contains 2 sets of spindles so components can be loaded and unloaded on one side of the spindle box while the winding is being processed on the opposite side of the spindle box.

 

The balanced design structure of the LX series allows for high speed production while maintaining quality and reliability through minimum vibration.

 

AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the spindle and wire guide, as well as the positioning of the wire holders for maximum efficiency.

 

TNK's F1 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer.

 

It is possible to build up the automation line by using our quick loading/un-loading and the tooling transfer system.

 

Many other options are available including interleave and cover taping unit, air cutter unit, wire skeiner unit, wire stripper unit, and tailstock.
