Many options are available to install on our CNC winding machines to provide alternative wire handling and additional functions like cutting and taping.

ANC pneumatic cutter unit is used when the winding wire diameter is too large for the standard pull-cut function, especially for working with delicate components.

BSC is an optical sensor to check the component is loaded correctly on the winding tools. An error signal is generated and a fault picture can be shown in the TMC software to direct the machine operator if there is any problem.

FPC is an additional motor to allow the position of the wire cut/hold unit to be programmed according to the component terminal position. This reduces wire wastage by positioning closer to the terminal and allows multiple positions within the same program.

LUC-BF for component loading by sliding the fixture forwards and backwards. One pocket holds the un-wound component for loading by sliding on to the winding tool.

This unit is used with the NKC unload unit.

NKC is a simple unload unit which places a collection chute under the winding tool. The component is pushed on to the chute by the wire guide bar.
