Many options are available to install on our CNC winding machines to provide alternative wire handling and additional functions like cutting and taping.

LUC-BF/UD also loads the component on to the winding machine by sliding forward but has the additional function to move downwards after loading to prevent the component being dragged off the winding tool. This unit is used with the NKC unload unit.

LUC-RL is used for both loading and unloading. The unit moves forward to collect the wound component (unloaded by the wire guide bar) in one pocket, moves backward and shifts sideways, then moves forward again to load the un-wound component on to the winding tool from a second pocket.

LUC-IN uses 2 sets of winding tools. The operator is able to load and unload components with one set of tools while the machine is winding the components on the second set of tools.

The operator can press a reservation switch when their operations are completed and the machine will automatically index the LUC-IN unit through 180° when the current winding is finished.

TLC tailstock unit supports heavy or delicate components during winding.

TLC-S tailstock unit supports heavy or delicate components during winding and the tailstock spindle is driven synchronously with the headstock spindle.
