Following the AW-800 and AW-850, the third-generation AX series now features the next-generation AX_F1 controller. Building on 30 years of proven performance and expertise, this long-selling model delivers excellent cost-performance while meeting increasingly sophisticated market demands. We have updated models that utilise servo motors for both the spindle and traverse axes. Foot pedal control of the spindle speed is available as an option.
Winding capabilities have been enhanced through a proprietary servo control system and a programming function that combines ease of use with the ability to handle a wide range of complex winding specifications. Programs can be created, edited, and saved by connecting the machine to a PC or tablet. This facilitates easy program management across overseas factory locations.
A wide variety of options are available, including tensioning devices, wire guides, and bobbin holders. By selecting the optimal units for your specific requirements, the machine can handle a broad range of wire diameters (from φ0.018 to φ3.0).
