Description

 

The TX series of skeiners (twisters) use reliable servo drives for both the wire skeining and twisting functions. Skein and twist counts as well as speed are set through simple dial controls* or program commands.

 

The simplified mechanical layout makes wire threading easy and reduces changeover times. Various signal options allow the units to be connected to many machine types.

 

The TX1 single spindle unit can also be daisy-chained together to make up multiple units to accommodate all spindle pitches on multi-spindle winding machines.
