Description

 

The SLC01 is a fully automatic linear type soldering station.

 

The basic format has 3 stations:

 

• bobbin loading / un-loading
• terminal fluxing
• terminal soldering

 

An additional station can be added for functions like test or terminal forming.

 

The bobbin jigs are attached to a programmable arm which moves from the loading station to the fluxing station, then to the soldering station before returning to the un-loading station. This method is most suitable for more difficult soldering operations on SMT type bobbins.

 

The arm position can be programmed for the linear position, vertical position, and angular position. Up to 12 jigs can be installed on the arm.

 

The flux density setting can be automatically controlled and the solder pot automatically filled to maintain the correct solder level.
