Description

 

The RSC01 is a fully automatic rotary table type soldering station.

 

The basic format has 4 stations:

 

• bobbin loading
• terminal fluxing
• terminal soldering
• bobbin un-loading

 

An additional 2 stations can be added for functions like test or terminal forming.

 

Each station can have up to 4 jigs installed. The angle of the jigs can be rotated to correctly position the bobbin terminals to the work station.

 

The flux density setting can be automatically controlled and the solder pot automatically filled to maintain the correct solder level.
