The MDC25 is a fully automatic CNC winding machine for the production of outside pole stators.

 

The features of this machine were designed after a detailed study of the motor market requirements for improved efficiencies in motor operation and production by reducing material costs, size and weight. This has a huge benefit on the environmental impact of the motor during manufacture and service.

 

The balanced design and insulated structure of the MDC25 allows for high speed production while maintaining quality and reliability through minimum vibration.

 

AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the stator and wire guide.

 

TNK's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer.
