Description

The feedback wire tension unit uses the wire feeding method for high speed winding control. Tension can be set through the front adjuster, sub-tension by the rear adjuster. The switch between tension and sub-tension is controlled by the winding program.

The feedback system will monitor the tension and make changes to the feeding speed to maintain the set tension level even during rapid acceleration and to prevent any sudden change in the tension when winding non-round shaped coils.

Two models covers a wide range of tension values for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness while still giving fine control of tension adjustment.
