Description

 

The CLC01 is a fully automatic CNC coil winding machine originally designed for the production of automobile air-conditioner unit clutch coil.

 

There are four stations based around a central rotary index unit

 

• The first station is for winding the coil. There is a tailstock unit which moves synchronously with the wire guide across the first winding layer to produce a closely wound base. The programmation of the tailstock position also easy adjustment of the coil width.
• The second station electrically bonds the coil and pressurises the coil to prevent any expansion during the bonding process.
• The third station unloads the completed coil on to a conveyor which is equipped with cooling fans.
• The fourth station is vacant.

 

AC servo motors give fast and reliable positioning of the spindle and wire guide.

TNK's G2 controller with PC interface gives a graphical programming environment that will be familiar for any computer user and machine programmer.
