Our wire guide tubes (“nozzles”, “needles”, “eyelets”) are made from high carbon steel, hardened and tempered to HRC 62~65. Standard designs are parallel or tapered-tip and are available for all our coil winding machines. Special types with cutting edges or different tip shapes can be supplied to order plus additional coating for reduced wear and friction is available..
