Pulse type tension units
The PCT series is a tensioning unit equipped with a pulse motor. By eliminating the effects of inertia caused by rapid speed changes during winding acceleration and deceleration, as well as unnecessary frictional resistance along the wire path, it ensures constant tension, prevents wire breakage, and achieves stable winding.
It is necessary to replace the tension bar and spring with the appropriate ones to match the required tension value.
